Buzzer Beater Adds a Columnist

Damon Agnos, a 6'7" former professional bullfighter who is currently employed part-time as a cabana boy at the gated Alki estate of retired asparagus baron Cleveland "Cleve" Deuschamps, will join the Beater's skeletal editorial board sometime next week as a regular contributor. Agnos will be paid nothing for his online exploits, and thus will expend much less effort on our behalf then he does on his own blog, where, most recently, he posted a glorious picture of Prince in a basketball uniform. But a little of Damon goes a long way, and we're tickled to have him on board.
