Former Sonics Lose Pre-Season Opener

chambers.jpg

The awful team formerly known as the Seattle Supersonics lost 88-82 to the T'Wolves last night. Kevin Durant and Jeff Green shot a combined 4-20, but first-rounder Russell Westbrook appeared to have a pretty good game. Here's what's disturbing, though: While the T'Wolves fucked around and started the likes of Mad Dog Madsen, the Thunder used a pretty tight rotation for a pre-season game, giving their starters major run. So this loss is cause for greater alarm than your garden variety October sleepwalking session.

I'm not so sure it's cause for alarm as much as it's cause for gloating.
