Tent City Wins Another

Tent City 4 today won a another round in its fight to remain on church property in Woodinville. A commissioner with the Washington State Court of Appeals denied the city of Woodinville's demand that SHARE/WHEEL, organizers of Tent City 3 in Seattle and Tent City 4 on the Eastside, post $250,000 bond. The court did order the group to post $6,250 in bond, however. The appeals court had previously stayed a lower court ruling ordering Tent City 4 off the Woodinville site.
