Gay-Marriage Decision Tomorrow

gay_marriage.jpg The state Supreme Court Web site says the decision in the gay-marriage case will be handed down tomorrow.

The combined cases, argued in 2005, are Andersen v. King County and Castle v. State of Washington (75934-1), and the decision is over "whether RCW 26.04.010(1) and RCW 26.04.020(1)(c), in prohibiting marriages between two persons of the same sex, violate the Washington Constitution."
