Court Rejects Sen. Craig Withdrawal

A judge has turned down the Idaho Senator's "unguilty" attempt - but he plans to serve out his term in office anyway. Read the ruling here. Craig's original plea to having a wide stance in a men's room was "accurate, voluntary and intelligent" (?) said the court. LA Times reports he plans to continue in office.
