Municipal Court Judge George Holifield (above), who sentenced Rabbi Ephraim Schwartz to zero jail time for running over Matthew Tatsuo Nakata, won't be up for reelection again until 2010. Plenty of time for the enraged citizenry to forget it ever happened.
