Beacon Hill transit station
These guys think that Beacon Hill doesn’t deserve its light rail station because there aren’t any condos or apartment buildings up there. Guess that ‘hood’s not hip enough to have a swanky subway system. But, as SW’s Mark Fefer points out, they got it all bass ackwards. See, first you put in the light rail system, then everything gets expensive, then all the rich white people move in and build high rises.

Correct, my mom's house is directly across the street from the light rail and about 2 years ago a bunch of investors we're knocking on her door 24/7 asking her to sell her house to them for close a one million dollars
