Beacon Hill Doesn't Deserve its Light Rail Station

These guys think that Beacon Hill doesn’t deserve its light rail station because there aren’t any condos or apartment buildings up there. Guess that ‘hood’s not hip enough to have a swanky subway system. But, as SW’s Mark Fefer points out, they got it all bass ackwards. See, first you put in the light rail system, then everything gets expensive, then all the rich white people move in and build high rises.
