Ranger Friendly Fire?

reg.jpg

Another 75th Ranger from Fort Lewis has been killed in a suspected fratricide. Army Pfc. Thomas F. Duncan III, 21, a Fort Lewis Ranger from Rowlett, Texas, died Monday, and the Army's Special Operations command says "initial indications are that Duncan’s wounds may have resulted from friendly fire."

If so, Duncan's death would bring to at least five out of 11 Fort Lewis Ranger fatalities in Iraq, Afghanistan, and training exercises since 2004 to have been caused by accidents, including the notorious friendly-fire death of Cpl. Pat Tillman.
