Barack Obama: Born In the U.S.A.

The reason this wont go away is that the posted document is not certifiable, verifiable and has no traceable information as to hospital location. Obama has 3 lawsuits in federal and state courts demanding he demonstrate that his was not foreign born and he Obama has so far refused to give up the requested documents. This is retarded to not give access unless you were in fact hiding something - like being foreign born.

He certainly acts like a foreign communist organizer like his Kenyan father. Perhaps the apple did not fall far from the tree after all and given his recent assistance in Kenya to the Communist takeover there and his wealth redistribution philosophies her,

I’d have to say that the constitutional demand for “no divided loyalties” is more than a technicality it is key to national security. With Obamas checkered past chumming with domestic terrorists on one side and “God Damn America” preacher advocates on the other, and much much more, this guy could never even get a security clearance!

He hasn’t released birth, adoption, passport, repatriation, transcripts, major papers or even his health records. He suddenly comes on the national scene and in a meteoric celebrity flash want to be president.

Well folks for a man without a past – he sure wants to have a big say in our future!
I have launched a lawsuit of my own in Superior court in WA and now 10 states are following suit to demand that the respective secretary of states review if Obama has valid credentials. If he has them, let him put it on the table. Hiding something Mr Obama????

I believe that all these should be placed in all major newspapers and television stations regardless of their media biases. The MEDIA should not be pro-party but PRO-AMERICA. Having said that, I am very disappointed with several top media personality to have taken a stand without regard to what is right or wrong. Is AMERICA going down the tubes? I am very sad about this since I thought the citizens of America are much brighter and intelligent than those of the countries the people regard as third world and uneducated.

I am non partisan and would like a President that have the ethics, morals and can be trusted with the country as a whole. All the campaign promises are for those that do not understand and really care about the Country, since those that they claim they will do, often times never happens, since Congress is in control.

Now it remains to be seen, if this Country will still be in the top of the world.

The fix is in. The problem with these Obama citizenship suits is that some of the plaintiffs were viewed as "loonies." Philip Berg (PA suit) handled the conspiracy theory case that the US government caused 9/11. Andy Martin (HI suit) is a certified nut case from Chicago who at the last minute decided to announce that Obama's REAL father was an obscure black poet. The cause lost its credibility.

HOWEVER, the cause of questining Obama's citizenship is valid. The simple question is why doesn't Obama just release the vault copy of his birth certificate and be done with this? What is he hiding?

Originally Philip Berg's suit muddied up the waters by demanding Obama's "Certificate of Live Birth" (COLB) in his suit. This is what Obama displayed on his website -- and answered Berg's suit. HOWEVER, what Berg's incompetence didn't demand was the vault copy of the birth certificate.

How is this important? My daughter was born in Kunsan, Korea. Later here US Embassy birth certificate was registered at the Hawaii Board of Health. Guess what? The information on her birth certificate comes out as the COLB...just like Obama without any information at all. She was born overseas and registered after the fact and has a Hawaii COLB. On the other hand, I also possess my Hawaii birth certificate showing time of birth, hospital, etc. information -- that has been required for official filings. This is the vault copy. THIS IS WHAT BERG WANTED AND DID NOT GET.

Incidentally, the Obama vault copy was officially sealed by Democratic Governor Lingle of Hawaii when Obama went to Hawaii to visit his dying grandma who made a miraculous recovery after his short visit in Oct 2008. Now only Obama can release or get access to the document. Interesting coincidence.

But rest assured. The fix is in. Obama will be declared a "natural born citizen" by act of Congress.

John McCain in Apr 2008 -- with key sponsors Obama, Clinton and Democrats -- passed SRES 511 RSATS in Congress. McCain did NOT need to have this as he produced his birth certificate -- he was born in Panama to TWO US citizens on official military duty in Panama in 1936. But the importance of this ruling was it was used to dismiss a suit against McCain in Jul 2008 over his ineligibility.

END OF CASE. Regardless of whether this discussion of Obama's birth. The Congress of the United States will validate Obama as a "natural born citizen." It is irrelevant that there are serious questions whether he is one or not.

Steve Marquis' case is sounder that it asks the State of the eligibility requirements of the candidate. The Berg case made it clear that Judge Surrick saw that only the US Congress can appoint eligibility monitors to vet candidates -- and they have not. Thus it is up to the states to set their own standards. Marquis' case is more reasonable as the voters do not elect the President -- the electoral college does. The state popular vote supposedly set up the proportional vote from the Electoral College. Yes, it sometimes doesn't work that way as in the Tilden-Rutherford Hayes scandal, but nobody wants to change it so its the only game in town.

Last I heard in the blogs, Steve's suit is dead in the water as the State Attorney General won't respond. Is he a Democrat? Don't know, but it would be consistent with this issue.

The question the American people should ask is why is Obama refusing to release his vault copy of his birth certificate with all the information of his birth on it. It has taken more time for me to write this bit than it would be to produce it.

This is what is causing me and many others to suspect that there is something hidden on the certificate that he does not want to be publicly known. It may not be anything to do with this birth issue, but it must be something that is damaging.

But don't worry boys and girls, the fix is in. Obama, if elected, will be a "natural born US citizen" regardless of whether he is one or not. Trust your friendly Congressman to do the right thing.

I have looked at the odds of obama surviving his first year in office. They weren't good, so I put my money on him surviving and got 20:1. I've put £10 on him. Doubt I will see my money again but at least it will be a win win for me!
