It's on eBay. The seller wrote a letter to NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue detailing how the referees robbed the Seahawks of their first and only Super Bowl title. He cc'd Seahawks owner Paul Allen and Steelers owner Dan Rooney. Within a couple weeks, he received a reply from Rooney, stating in part:
You are something special -- you watch a TV broadcast of Super Bowl XL with all the interruptions, camera locations, replays, and now know more than anyone else in America on what was wrong with the officiating.
Says the seller:
Wow! I guess I really got his attention and got under his skin! Mr. Rooney goes on to supplement the letter with a two-page 20-point explanation of why the Steelers "really" did outplay the Seahawks for the Lombardi Trophy.
So far, the high bid is $202.50. A plea to the purchaser: please post Rooney's reasons online. Inquiring minds want to know!

Pete says:
Try this explanation: On their worst day, the Steelers were 2 scores better than the Seabags.
