I-5 Flooded? Ride the Ducks

With some climate change models predicting more flooding, and development and sprawl increasing runoff, the coming decades may bring us more of what we got last week. In case you missed it on Friday, Sara Brickner offers a novel solution: Ride the Ducks. The need for amphibious transport will only increase.

This is the most innovative response to a transportation problem since the French used taxi-cabs to shuttle soldiers to the front during the Battle of the Marne in World War I.
Maybe we can pick up a few surplus Soviet BMP armored fighting vehicles for further amphibious operations!
