Inaugurate Hope for the Arts

As you celebrate the inauguration festivities, consider this. Legendary (and local) music producer Quincy Jones has proposed a new position for our soon-to-be President Barack Obama: Secretary of the Arts.
This position, perhaps now more than ever, will make public the need for a steward for the arts, and for investment in arts education.
