He allegedly drove a mile and a half down the road, the girl kicking at him and screaming the whole way. He finally pulled over, just inside the Issaquah city limits, pushed her out of the car, set the bike on the sidewalk, and drove off. In a press release, the Sheriff's office says the girl's story has so far checked out, making it an actual stranger kidnapping, the kind of rare occurrence that keeps parents up at night.
Today they released this sketch (click on it for a larger image). If the guy looks familiar and drives a blue truck, call the Sheriff's office at 296-4155.
