That's what an article in the Puget Sound Business Journal calls the Alki condo market, which is now up to 32 months of supply. According to the article, most Alki-shoppers were looking there for second homes, the demand for which has not surprisingly plummeted in the current economic climate. But if you're looking for a deal on a beach-front condo, Alki might be the place.
