Senate to Grill Gary Tomorrow

From the STimes, our former Gov. Gary Locke will appear in DC tomorrow to explain just why the third time is indeed the charm for getting a Commerce Secretary. And why his associations with local corporate giants will be an advantage in the process of clawing our way out of this recession.

So I want to take this opportunity to tell my editors that I think we should hire the also-DC-bound Ron Sims to Twitter things like this in the future:

"KB Hutch will not let up on Boeing."

"John Kerry's hair looks fantastic!"

"Wow, I had no idea Barbara Boxer was so short. Smart as a whip though."
