Bill Gates Gets a New Home on the Range

The yard
Word on the street is that Bill Gates has purchased the 492 acre Wyoming ranch (asking price: $9 million) once belonging to William F. "Buffalo" Bill Cody. The main level is 9,598 square feet (It has lots of windows, har har), the lower level 8.239, and the porch/patio 3,240. The ranch also comes with a 2,949 square foot guest house, and a "Dairy House" which is "a refurbished cabin that is set away from the main improved area of the ranch and offers an excellent retreat." Yes, even the retreat has a retreat!

For the same price, Bill, you could've acquired this Malibu getaway—currently owned by Brian Bosworth. Of course, you probably have an extra $9 million lying around, so consider this a plea. A Gates/Bosworth transaction would just be too cool.
