Poll: In Non-Partisan Race, Partisan Bickering, Name Recognition Good
The last time KING-5 did a poll on the King County Executive race, Susan Hutchison was the front runner with 34%, and Dow Constantine was in third place with 8%. Since then, Constantine's pummeled Hutchison, calling her a stealth conservative, while she's shot back, calling him a liar and a mudslinger. 
Not actually running, but would make a formidable candidate, especially if he's willing to throw down
How did that work out? Well, yesterday, the station released another poll, and while everyone else's numbers stayed the same or went down, Hutchison's (41%) and Constantine's (12%) went up. (To be fair, Constantine's still within the margin of error from the last poll, so this may be much ado about nothing.) The lesson to the rest of the candidates? Talk some shit and get your name in the papers!
