Child Rapist Timothy Clinkscales Found Hiding in Secret Room
If you're going to hide, you might as well be well-prepared. That's what Timothy Clinkscales was thinking.
Timothy Clinkscales secret hiding room is no longer a secret.
Convicted of raping a 12 and 13-year-old girl, Clinkscales had been on the run since the June day when he last checked in with his parole officer. He'd successfully evaded capture for months by living inside a secret room in a University Place apartment complete with TV, makeshift bed and plenty of jars to piss in.
Everything was going fine for Clinkscales until the night he was profiled on "Washington's Most Wanted."
Crimestoppers was flooded with viewer tips. Some specific enough that they mentioned the secret room. Apparently Clinkscales was careful around police, less so around chatty neighbors.
Cops are considering bringing charges against the woman who let Clinkscales hide out in her apartment. He, on the other hand, is in much roomier confines: a Pierce County jail cell.

Tim Committed these crimes over four years ago, the two girls were at a party that had alcohol and weed. Tim has not since then even looked at a twelve year old, and yes everything that happened was consentual. Ya the age of consent is 16, but when parents are not there to Keep an eye on there thirteen year olds, what happens is Tims Fault, but more the fault of the parents that had no leash on their Ho ass daughters....Just sayin and no I dont condone anything from Tims Past, but I am tired of JWM's fat ass Camera Man puttin his two cents in...
