Nicholas Francisco, Missing for Nearly Two Years, Found "Alive and Well"
UPDATE: A source says they know which state Francisco lives in. Details after the jump.
Find Nicholas Francisco Nicholas Francisco left his job, pregnant wife and car behind when he ditched Washington.
On February 13, 2008, Nicholas Francisco vanished after leaving his Queen Anne graphic design job. The father of two had just told his five-year-old daughter he'd be home in time to bake Valentine's Day cookies. Five days later cops found his red Toyota Paseo abandoned outside a condo complex. There was no sign of foul play.
Friends, family and perfect strangers volunteered thousands of hours to help find Francisco. Even offering a $15,000 reward for information about his whereabouts. His case gained national attention when Francisco's pregnant wife Christine went on Nancy Grace and said she believed her husband had been murdered..
Now, nearly two years later, the question of where Francisco disappeared to has been (partially) solved. And the answer comes with a twist.
A video released by friends and family of Francisco asking for help in finding the missing man.
According to the King County Sheriff's Office, Francisco has been found "alive and well" living in a new state under a new name.
No word yet on which state Francisco is actually living in or under what assumed name he goes by now. (Francisco Nicholas, mayhaps?) But although it may be shocking to find out that a man presumed dead has been found alive almost two years after he disappeared, maybe we should have seen this coming.
After all, last June Christine filed for divorce. And this past February she told KIRO-TV that a more exhaustive search of her husband's records revealed a "double-life," complete with alternate bank accounts.
The King County Sheriff's office, meanwhile, isn't saying what else their investigation revealed. They've closed their case. Because while it might be a sin to ditch your pregnant wife, there's nothing on the books that says it's illegal.
UPDATE: According to someone with knowledge of the case, Francisco now lives in California.
Meanwhile, Daily Weekly's attempts to reach his ex-wife Christine have thus far been unsuccessful. She's apparently remarried and, according to this note on her Etsy account, moved cross country. We'll let you know more when we find out.

Shortly after he disappeared I did some online investigating and found out he was a homosexual porn star and had several boyfriends. Investigation also showed he had likely gone to southern california with one of his boyfriends.

Kim: not everyone who has sex on camera is a "star". He's a gay porn actor, or "prostitute".

If he is doing gay porn, that is GREAT news. Supposedly, even straight male porn actors do gay scenes because the money is so good.
This means that his wife can demand and receive decent child support for his 3 abandoned kids. It also means that he could have the means to PAY BACK all the money and time spent on "finding" him.
While it's not a crime to move and stop talking to your family, it shouldn't be a free ride to put people through this.
