Police say the suspect's vehicle may look similar to this Datsun.

Seattle police have released a description of the vehicle they think may have been used in the Halloween-night drive-by that killed Officer Timothy Brenton.

In a press conference at SPD headquarters, Assistant Chief Jim Pugel said that while officers aren't positive the suspect used a 1980-1983 white Datsun 210, they're asking anyone who's sold or had a similar car stolen to call them on their tip line at 233-5000. Dashcam image below.

Pugel said police and federal agents have combed through nearly 300 tips to put together a description of the man they believe they are looking for. In short, Pugel said their suspect is anyone with prior weapons training who may have suffered a recent personal grievance.

More as it comes.
