Kyron Horman and his stepmom Terri Moulton Horman toured the science fair at the second-grader's Portland elementary school on Friday morning. Horman then watched the seven-year-old Kyron -- described by family as sweet and shy -- walk down the hall towards his classroom.

But when she went to pick him up at the bus stop that afternoon he wasn't there.

Kyron's teachers say the boy never made it to school that day. And after interviewing 200 of his classmates, investigators now think he was last seen at an exit door sometime after being dropped off.

More than 65 detectives from local agencies and the FBI have been called in to try and figure out where Kyron might be and who might have taken him. The sheriff isn't calling the boy's disappearance a kidnapping yet, but based on the dozens of searchers combing nearby fields and forests, it's hard to think the cops don't suspect foul play.
