• I believe it was a set up too. Has anyone ever thought her girlfriend had more to do with this I find it strange how she answered for her in the beginning. Why is Terri not in trouble for trying to hire a hit man to kill her husband. I think if she sat in jail maybe she would want to talk. We all know she is guilty, innocent people cooperate especially on matters like this.

• For all the comments being made about grief, and how people grieve differently? Listen-up, people. Psychopaths do not feel; hence, they do not grieve! These folks are cold as ice, and are all out for themselves. They have the propensity to seem charming, at best, and will do and say anything to get you to do what they want. And don't try to figure these sick folks out because only someone with the same evilness can fully see them. Remember psychopaths can be female or male, so don't dismiss Terry as the perp here. She exerts some strange behavior; including, watching her eyes dart back and forth, and or her non-verbal body language standing in between her husband and Desiree. In addition, if you look closely her body language appears quite cold and, her eyes again are looking in the upward appearance with no signs of real tears, but with a blank stare. I worked with hundrends of people over my career as a Psychotherapist and there are certain characteristics that show up in folks who have no remorse. Now, I never ran across tons of people in my career who elicited this kind of blank stare with nothing at all behind the eyes; however, when I did it is something you will never forget. I see this same stare lurking from behind Terry Horman's eyes, and I too say she is guilty. Too many signs-including making sure she runs into someone at Fred Myer's she barely knows to show them pictures of kyron; as if to prove something. Sadly, our culture is in denial about the violence and murders that occur against our precious children, and if, and until we "get it" as a society- we will watch this violence and heinous acts against our children continue. • In a statement released Monday afternoon through the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, Kyron's biological mother, Desiree Young, his stepfather, Tony Young, and Kaine Horman said they don't want to say too much to the media to keep the integrity of the investigation sound. • This is one confusing case; the bio-mom, and dad, seem more intrested in throwing mud @ the step-mom; come on find the kid then throw the mud. How do we know if it's true bio-dad was having an affair he ticked the female off to the point she may be responsible; something does not ring true with nthis case.

• I would like to know if kyron took his lunch to school that day and if he did maybe the stepmom told him after the science fair he could go back to the truck and get his lunch and thats when her plan went into action. She also made the coment to his teacher that kyron had a drs appointment on friday so she knew that the child would be counted absent but she also covered her lies by not saying what friday and did he really have a drs appointment on any friday that was coming up. So the needing the truck for that was total LIE! Told Kyrons teachers he had a doctors appt Friday and wouldn�t be in school...another LIE! She clearly had a plan in place! She lied about whereabouts, miles from where she said was and cell phone pinged on Sauvie Island, far from her home. Geography and lay out of the land, and surrounding hills means would be near impossible it �ping� near her home and hit the cell phone towers right where she was �doing� something, Now we know where DeDe steps in...was AFTER she killed Kyron. She needed help and is why she called DeDe. why is she able to gain so much if such short time? Terri lied to LE in first few minutes of investigation. Her using a friend to help load his body and dispose of it in hidden place, then both women went to gym to shower, remove any forensics on them.. Most damming is fact she failed two polygraphs her lack of being able to look up into others faces, is every public appearance she fails to make eye contact which indicates she is hiding something. That Murder for hire plot, being a confirmation she is dangerous and evil! Her �sexting� and sending sexually explicit pictures of self to man she�d just met, Michael Cook who�d only came into their lives after Kyrons went missing. He was only casual friend from Kaines past, high-school football team. If I could find Kyron, I'd take that �reward? money, give it to Desiree, why should I keep it?! Its not like is some big grand prize or �Winning�...is money all about pain, sorrow and someones tragedies, brokenness and heartbreak. Whats the point in this money? I don�t get it?! DON�T be too quick to arrest. Let Terri keep running, She�s a red fox being chased by packs of hungry baying blood hounds. Out of sheer stress, lack of sleep, deep guilt/remorse IF she has a soul! • Lying to the police about where you were the day a child in your care disappeared isn't hearsay. But, yes, every stone must be turned before they start the legal process. As for a body, the mighty Columbia is too near, and too swift, to raise one's hopes high. Every hair, every grain of sand along a suspicious shoreline, may hold the key to what happened. When did the teacher talk to SM about the child's appointment? Was it that day? Why did the Bio mom let Kyron stay with these two who had an affair? Why did SM and Bio dad not go to the school and meet Kyron to see him participate in the talent show and afterwards help him load his project in their vehicle? It has been said that he signed up for the talent show. My comment is Kyron is a sweet child and he participated in a lot of activities. We see him singing in the choir, we see him reading something in class. He seems very happy smiling from ear to ear. Picture playing in leaves, inside the mouth of an animal's teeth, riding on his dad's back. I don't know what to think. I wish the police would release some information and stop all this speculation. Don't the police know that the parents may be scared for their kids? I don't believe it is safe at that school. The schools is one of the most lax schools I have ever heard of when all this clears they need to be sued for all their worth. Why wasnt an amber alert declared? This is driving all of us crazy that the police are so tight lipped I think they don't have a clue. It lessens our confidence in the police. The parents should be on TV talking to Kyron telling him how much they love him and need him to come home to them. If he is with someone he may think that no one cares. Kidnappers are known to tell those they kidnapped that no one loves you they dont want you anymore. If he saw or heard an declaration of love for him he will know that person is lying. • If Ann Rule serves me correctly, the last time the State of Oregon convicted anyone of murder without a body was back in the seventies, and there was a horrific amount of blood evidence involved to help them make their case. Let's not push the cops into making a hasty decision before they've got all their ducks in a row. It would be a travesty of the first order if Kyron's natural parents had to settle for a 'preponderance of evidence' conviction in a civil suit for lack of a smoking gun. At the very least we should be hoping for some serious jail time for anyone involved in this sweet kid's disappearance.

• Not much has been said about the stepbrother moving out. Were there problems with the stepbrother and Kyron's dad? If Kyron's dad made him move out because they couldn't get along Terri might have decided to make him know how it feels to lose a child.

• I have tried to keep up with this case but there is something that I have not been able to findout. Did anyone actually see Kyron at school on the morning of the science fair? I believe I read that the stepmom went into his classroom with him and then to see other exhibits in other rooms. (And then supposedly walked hinm back towards his class) This confuses me because I have taught school and if my student was seen in my classroom before school and then did not show up at the beginning of class I would be looking for him on campus unless his parent told me that he would be leaving for some reason. Was the picture in front of the exhibit supposedly made that morning?

• This case is very strange and although I think Terri had a hand in his disappeaance, judging her on a facebook status is a little extreme. I don't see anyone making negative comments about Bio Dad going to the gym when she(Terri) was going to try to snatch her daughter. And why is it that the police (or whom ever) have revealed Mr. Cook and the sexting info, yet we never foung out who the landscaper is that she tried to hire. And alot of people are commenting on what they would do if they were her ... better yet what would you do if you were Bio Mom or Bio Dad and thought she did something to him? .... I'm just sayin'.

• I believe that Terri Horman had something to do with Kyron's disappearance but I don't think we can base it on her going to the gym. If we do that, we can also assume the father had something to do with it too cause it was just reported recently that he went to the cops & told them that Terri tried to abduct their daughter from the daycare at his gym while he was working out. I thought that was a little weird but I guess people have different ways of dealing with stress.

• Contrary to popular opinion, most criminal convictions are based, at least in part, on circumstantial evidence. Unless the victim is underage or incest is involved, even DNA in a rape case is merely corroborative until the State provides some form of circumstantial evidence to prove that the encounter wasn't consensual. Other than his victims themselves, no one ever saw Ted Bundy commit a murder or dump a body.

• I and many psychics commenting on these various blogs believe that Kyron was killed and placed in water. I believe from my psychic notes that the stepmother killed him then drove a distance and placed him in water, exactly where that deep water is but it could be the island that she drove to as I saw in the psychic information. There is no doubt in my mind and in the mind of other psychics that Kyron is in spirit and will be found in water. Somehow the stepmother has to give the body up. Will she do that or does she feel safe in thinking the body will never be found where it was put? There have been people convicted of murder without a body, and its called a preponderance of evidence. My psychic information says she has her own child now and Kyron was becoming too heavy a burder for her to carry any longer and this is why this happened, and now that its been revealed that she attempted to hire a hit man to kill her husband and when that didn't work perhaps she thought she would just get rid of Kyron and keep the husband or the time being and take care of her own child and not be bothered with a little boy that she had to take to school and participate in things that took time away from her own child. It also came to me that she was angry about Kyron being the apple of his fathers eye and her own son was forced to live elsewhere and well these things build up in people and are some of the things that cause problems in second marriages where other children are involved. Had the hit man idea worked and made to look like an accident she could have given Kyron back to his mother and kept the house and any insurance and she and her own little girl could have been happy without the father or Kyron. Well now she has her wish she is rid of Kyron and the husband and along with those two she has lost her precious daughter whom she loved very much.

I specifically heard the officier on and interveiw asking the family to go to the gym to releive stress the family has done everything they have been asked to do by LE and there is no exception there. Is it possible the cops wanted them to go to see who is at the gym who they conversed with. Maybe just maybe they were hoping by having that on facebook they would get some clues at the gym ? If she wanted to and had information why would she come forward? She been tryed and convicted on the internet and downgraded by her husband and his ex. • Kyron wasn't the OBJECT of her anger. a) If she was JEALOUS of the ex, Kiron was the link between them that would exist as long as he was around. b) If she wasn't jealous of the ex, but simply wanted to BE RID OF her husband, Kiron was the only thing standing between she and HER kids inheriting everything. Either way, little Kyron was just an OBSTACLE, which makes the whole sad affair even sadder.

• I don't know about anyone else but the man who owned the pumpkin patch and was talking about how he has a son in the same grade as kyron and knows him ( hes like 70+) , gave me the creeps. Is he friends of the stepmother ? Tonight I was watching nancy grace and they were saying how the stepmother was supposedly by some island by the pumpkin patch the day he disappeared, I hate to say it but I think someone should check out that guy.

• The police and Kyron's mom saying that they believe Kyron is still alive simply means that they lack physical evidence to the contrary. Do they think the stepmom handed him over to a pervert or sold him to a band of Gypsies? If, so, an elementary school in the middle of a science fair seems an odd choice of venue to make the transfer. Ditto, a kidnapping. It seems more likely that someone at the school saw Kyron leaving with his stepmom AFTER they made their appearance at the fair. Was he, too, told that he had a doctor's appointment that day? If so, it's doubtful that he would have challenged her and would have left peacefully after he set up his frog exhibit.

• Why can't people just wait for the police to do their jobs.. If she did some thing it will come out.If not why vilify a woman just because she is the last person with him or a step parent..? I wonder how many of you who have said that would think the same if a family member, friend or neighbor was just arrested for molesting a child. • my 10 cents: stepmom having affair with another parent in the school. Kyron witnesses something in school. Tells stepmom he will tell his dad. SHe panics, puts him in the car to try to convince him not to talk, drives around with him arguing. Kyron doesnt back down. She panics and in a fury kills him. Police talked to the lover.

• and i only ask about the full scale search because janitors have access to chemicals which can cover up smells. this story gets more and more fishy everytime i read another article on it. something just doesnt add up. how did they see him and then he was gone. and now that i have read an article on this, i dont think it was a stranger who took him. im not pointing fingers but early in the morning is when the school is most crowded. how did nobody notice him leaving with someone .

• tonight they reported that the father and daughter have moved out. he has filed for divorce and has a restraining order against terri. that woman must be a total nutcase right now. all along this case has seemed strange. police not sharing a whole lot of info. first the dad and step brother were camping, then he was there to meet the bus. how can they expect rumors not to get crazy when they do not supply updates and current info. they know other kids are not in danger, how can they know that? unless the step mother has just watched so many csi episodes she thinks she knows how to get away with murder.

They have already caught her lying today about her husband not "moving out". She said he didn't and everything's fine! FINE?? Uh, excuse me, your missing a child! But the Bio-Dad HAS temporarily moved out based on police advice. So, call me silly!

That was one case that did not end well [and haunted me for weeks]. Within days of hearing about the disappearance, I had a feeling he would not be found alive. • if you look at the picture of kyron in front of his science project, take a look at his left arm, it isn't there. Zoom it up to 400 percent and you will get a big surprise. the white/beige paper there is the edges of the brochure that is sitting straight up on his desk. His entire left arm is missing. and there is a shadow along his other arm and sleeve that is not natural. did she get kyron out of the way and then took a picture of the science project and then photoshop him in. i agree everyone, why are these bio moms bio dads step moms and step dads acting like idiots? that is the reason i think that is why the FBI is there because they discovered the picture was photoshopped. Cadaver abd blood doga reacted to the hire car(hired 25 days later) the aprtment, kates clothes and the infamous cuddlecat.They claim that the dogs reacted to dirty diapers and rotting meat. Kate also refused to answer 48 questions despite admitting it would hinder the search and bolted back to the UK soon as they were made arguidos(suspects). they are currently suing the ex lead detective who has publicly said Madeleine is dead and died that night may 3 2007( along with the judiciary and uk police who have come to pretty much the same conclusion given the evidence)
