Patrick McCarthy, Microsoft VP of Sales, Wants You to Smell Like Money

Despite spending most of the time packed in a wallet near someone's ass or exchanged from one person's germ-ridden hand to another, people somehow find the smell of money intoxicating. At least they think they do. And few creatures love the scent of some crisp Benjies more than an exec at Microsoft. Patrick McCarthy, Microsoft's VP of sales, is such a man. And he wants everyone to stink like cash.

Thus, "Money."

"His Money" and "Her Money," to be more precise.

It's perfume. And it supposedly smells like dough. Hell, the bottles are even come boxed in a warm bed of real shredded cash.

McCarthy told AOL:

"I got the idea after reading a story about a Japanese study that showed a significant increase in worker productivity when the smell of money was pumped through vents into factories."

The fragrance itself was created by Larry "The Nose" Murrison, the man behind Michael Jordan's presumably sweat-scented fragrance.

Here's McCarthy debuting his new commercial for the product.
