Baby Boomers' Seattle: Old KUBE Video Recaps the Best of 40 Years in Less Than Four Minutes

Back before videos went viral, KUBE radio produced a 3:41 promo film jammed with Seattle people, places, and events, including memorable animals--Bobo, Namu, and Ted Bundy among them. The early-'90s vid showed up a while ago on YouTube, and while it's not viral, it's currently being passed around to raves among baby boomers. I've gotten several e-mails, including one from writer Pat Kennedy, an ex-Seattleite over in Boise, who says watching it makes him homesick. The nostalgia gamut runs from Maggie to Elvis, Jimi to Bruce Lee, Slo-Mo to Ivar, Dag's to Wunda Wunda, and many other dearly departed, including, presumably, D.B. Cooper and the Green Lake gators.
