Seattle Web Awards: Five Days Left to Nominate!

Just FIVE days left to get your nominations in for the 2011 Seattle Web Awards!

We're looking for your choices of Seattle's best websites/blogs, apps, Twitter feeds, and Facebook pages in the following categories: News, Food/Booze, Nonprofit, Sports/Fitness, and Music. So, what you got?

Winners will be chosen by you, the readers, and a stellar judicial panel of Seattle favorites including:

• Top Chef contestant and restaurateur Robin Leventhal (food)
• Cal McAllister, co-founder of Wexley School for Girls and winner of the 2010 Seattle Web Award for "Seattle's Sexiest Web Site" (arts)
• Annette Laico, executive director of PAWS, winner of three 2010 Seattle Web Awards (not-for-profit)
• local rap sensation Spac3man (music)
• Elise Woodward, host of KJR's Elise at Night (sports)
• Michelle Esteban, KOMO-TV News reporter (news)
• Seattle Weekly web editor Zibby Wilder

Cheezburger Network CEO Ben Huh humbly accepts his 2010 Seattle Web Award for "Most Shameless Self-Promoter".

Voting begins May 4 and Seattle Web Award winners will be announced June 1. Winners will join Seattle's digital elite at a swanky mid-June party where they'll be presented with their awards.

We've also just been informed that the winner of the "Wild Card" people's choice award will receive, in addition to a lovely award, a year's supply of . . . Popchips!
