After weeks of wrangling, federal prosecutors and defense attorneys finally hashed out a plea agreement for Colton Harris-Moore, the 20-year-old "Barefoot Bandit." He'll plead guilty to seven charges at a hearing today.

The charges are: interstate transportation of an aircraft; bank burglary; interstate and foreign transportation of a stolen firearm; piloting an aircraft without a valid airman's certificate; fugitive in possession of a firearm; interstate transportation of a stolen vessel; and interstate transportation of a stolen aircraft.

He'll also be made to pay $949,438 in restitution, and be forced to forfeit any proceeds that come from the sale of his story to book or movie producers.

A prison sentence is not addressed in the plea documents.

The rest of the hammer will fall on Harris-Moore when he faces the two dozen charges in Island and San Juan Counties.
