Amanda Knox Not Being Sued by Kercher Family, Despite Rumors, Says Brother

A rumor spread far and wide yesterday that the Kercher family--as in Meredith Kercher, the young British student who was killed in Italy by Rudy Guede, not Amanda Knox or Raffaele Sollecito--was going to sue the Knox family for $12 million.

That, like much of what you read on the Internet, is apparently bullshit.
At least according to Lyle Kercher, Meredith's brother.
"I can assure you that it's absolute nonsense," Kercher said. "I'm not even sure where these fantastical ideas come from sometimes."
