Comment of the Day: How Do You Know That Occupy Pooper Is a Protestor?
Today's Comment of the Day winner takes issue with us calling a mysterious sidewalk pooper an Occupy Seattle protestor simply because he's shitting in front of the Occupy camp at Seattle Central Community College.

What evidence is there that this an an Occupy protester?
If you haven't seen the video here it is again.
The truth is, we don't know for certain that this pooper is a bonafide, sign-waving protestor or if he's simply a homeless guy whose supporting his own "movement." Among some of the hardier protestors sleeping on the campus, the line between the two can get blurred.
We haven't had the turd DNA tested or passed around a photo montage of pixelated squatting men to find a positive ID.
If I was a betting man (and I am), I'd put weeks worth of Metamucil on him being an Occupy camper, FWIW.
But beside that, Mr. B Gill is correct in pointing out the lack of conclusive evidence in this democratic fecal caper.
