Comment of the Day: Where the Squirrels Hide Their Nuts

News of the historic vote by the Washington state Senate to support gay-marriage legislation -- which essentially means the bill will become law as early as next week -- brought out of the woodwork the usual detractors making the usual bigoted statements about the prospect of a gay couple coming together to exchange marital vows. Commenter Jakepalmerjake offered up this piece of asininity:

I have nothing against being gay. I just don't think they have the same right as I do.
