Teo Macero passed away last week? Yeah, I didn't either. But damn, I at least figured our trusty jazzhead editor-in-chief, Mark, would've been all over it. Ah well. Macero is best known as the producer of Bitches Brew, In A Silent Way, Time Out by Dave Brubeck. Also worked with Vernon Reid, the Lounge Lizards, and Robert Palmer. He was 82.
