Today's deadline soundtrack is the movie Krush Groove, and it's giving me a pleasant reminder of how fucking great Sheia E's material was. I had complete forgotten about "A Love Bizarre", her duet with Prince:
There are many other excellent reasons to re-watch this early '80s cult classic, including the amusing fact that the young Rick Rubin looks astonishingly similar to legendary local roadie Gabe Kerbrat.
