The Sword to open for Metallica

It's always heartening to see worthy young upstarts get a leg up from their forefathers, and this is particularly true when it comes to the Sword and Metallica. The Bay Area metal machine already brought them along on some Eastern European dates last year, and now they've tapped them to open the whole goddamn tour in support of Death Magnetic, including their Seattle date here on December 1:
December 1 Seattle, WA @ Key Arena All ages / $79.50
December 2 Vancouver, BC @ GM Place All ages / $95.50
December 4 Calgary, AB @ Pengrowth Saddledome All ages / $95.50
December 5 Calgary, AB @ Pengrowth Saddledome All ages / $95.50
December 7 Edmonton, AB @ Rexall Place All ages / $95.50
December 12 Ontario, CA @ Citizens Bank Arena All ages / $77.50
December 13 Fresno, CA @ Save Mart Center All ages / $75.50
December 15 San Diego, CA @ Cox Arena All ages / $79.50
December 17 Los Angeles, CA @ The Forum All ages / $82.50
December 18 Los Angeles, CA @ The Forum All ages / $82.50
December 20 Oakland, CA @ Oracle Arena All ages / $79.50
Indeed, this is great news for the band, but mother of god! When did arena concert tickets get so brutally expensive?
