50 Cent/Rick Ross Beef Spills Over to Seattle Radio

You wouldn't think that a pointless rap beef between New York's 50 Cent and Miami's Rick Ross could find a turning point here in Seattle. But today, when L.A. rapper, the Game, called into Seattle's Kube 93 for an interview to preview his upcoming concert on February 27th at the Showbox SoDo, the rapper was asked who he sided with in the ongoing beef between the two hip-hop dons: 50 or Rick Ross?

Considering 50 Cent and the Game have had a well publicized beef in the past--one that was never reconciled, most people thought that Rick Ross would have been the Game's answer. But the Game shocked a lot of people by saying:

"For the first time in four years, I'm kind of low-key riding with 50 on this one," he said. "For the first time in four years, I'm siding with this dude."

The story got picked up an hour ago over at MTV.com and that can't be a bad thing for Eddie Francis, the local radio jock over at Kube 93 who did the interview. The Game later laughed about a recent video of 50 Cent taking the mother of Rick Ross' children out for a shopping spree. This is all shaping up to be the best rap beef of 2009 so far. We'll see if 50 Cent makes a surprise appearance at the Game's upcoming concert in a few weeks.
