I love these guys! Hollywood Undead was arguably the first band to successfully use MySpace as a ways to jumpstart their music career. Within a mere months, the six-piece hip-hop/rock band from Los Angeles developed a cult following of thousands that enabled them to find success beyond cyberspace. Last year the hockey mask-donning musicians dropped a debut album, Swan Songs, about their hometown's unglamorous side, youth subcultures, and of course, failed relationships. The vitriol music alternates between being perceptive and just plain vulgar--much like that of the band's influences Eminem, The Used, and Nine Inch Nails.
