Michael Jackson Dead at 50

The LA Times is reporting that Michael Jackson is dead. Given the very recent deaths of Farrah Fawcett and Ed McMahon, this has got to be one of the more colorful celebrity hat trick croak sessions in a long, long time, if not ever. But in all seriousness, it will be interesting to see how Jackson is mourned publicly, given what a fucking nut job he became after reaching his apex with Thriller. But focusing solely on his music, there's no denying he was a special talent. A really fucked-up special talent, but a special talent nonetheless. As of yet, it's unclear whether Jermaine, Tito, Jackie, or El DeBarge will be filling in for Jacko on his sold-out, 50-show London run, which is set to begin July 8. Thankfully, Janet is still alive, and so are her nips.
