Pearl Jam Books Pair of Homecoming Shows at KeyArena, Bumbershoot Rumors Dead in the Water

Wow, and I just re-watched Singles last night ... Turns out Pearl Jam will be playing the Seattle Center in September, just not at Bumbershoot, as was heavily rumored. The boys of summer are playing a pair of shows at KeyArena on Sept. 21 and 22, which is also the release date for Backspacer, the band's new record. Tickets on sale July 18. Ben Harper opens. Goodie. Here's hoping the new album sounds better than its title.
