MTV Loves Kanye West for the Crap He Pulls

I wish people would stop acting surprised at the antics that Kanye West displays during award ceremonies. I'm not convinced half of it isn't staged or at least hinted at before it takes place. The man has a long history of acting like a royal jackass every time he doesn't win an award that he thinks he should. It's enough so that his pattern of storming the stage doesn't seem like a "random outburst" the way everyone says it is.

Last night, Kanye definitely hit a new low at the MTV Video Music Awards by upstaging country artist Taylor Swift when she won for Best Female Video. He thought the award should have gone to Beyonce. Since it was a category that he wasn't even nominated for, you'd think that would be enough to keep his ego in check. But as you'll see in the video after the jump, Kanye decided to steal the show. My question is, how does he get on stage so easily to do shit like this? Where is the security? How does he end up with the microphone in his hand so fast? I say, both Kanye and MTV knew they needed a way to dominate headlines this morning and they got it. There's nothing all that surprising in the video below. If MTV really wanted to stop his outbursts, they wouldn't have invited him.
