uh, chris, i think there's very little to suggest spoon will be coming here any time before march 2010. all their US dates for the remainder of the year seem fairly one off + random. they've done shows of this sort in portland as far back as 2005, when britt first moved there; and have basically done ~1x/year in portland since. i hope you're right, but i think this post might be getting a lot of people's hopes up unnecessarily. just look at their touring history, they do this kind of thing a lot.
