Doomtree MC Dessa finally released her first album, A Badly Broken Code, last month. Introspective, soulful, and challenging -- like the more adventurous items in Doomtree's catalog, it takes a couple spins to really connect with -- her performance will be an interesting contrast to P.O.S.' high-energy, punk-influenced style. They'll be joined by Grieves, who recently signed to Rhymesayers.

Finally, both Presidents of the United States of America shows at Showbox at the Market tonight and tomorrow night are sold out. Better hope there are plenty of scalpers.
