-- New York Times: On Sasquatch! "The West Coast's best answer to Bonnaroo, the lineup for the Sasquatch! Festival ... seems to get more impressive (and envy inducing) each year."

-- NME: Interpol bassist Carlos Dengler has quit the band. The band plans to hit the road with various replacement bassists.

-- PearlJam.com: The band's keeping its bootleg business together. Complete sets from their summer tour are available digitally and on CD.

-- NPR is streaming The Black Keys' entire new record, Brothers. The blues-rock duo plays The Paramount on Oct. 2.

-- Spinner: Lena Horne, a singer and actress who was the first black woman to be signed to a major Hollywood studio, has died at age 92.
