-- MySpace: Big Boi's new solo record, Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty, featuring guest spots from Janelle Monae, Jamie Foxx, and Yela Wolf, is now streaming on his MySpace page. The record hits stores on July 6.
-- Pitchfork: In Seattle label releases, Pitchfork has given Wolf Parade's Expo 86 (Sub Pop) a 7.5 and Maps & Atlases' Perch Patchwork (Barsuk) a 7.4.
-- Rolling Stone: R.E.M. is reissuing their third record, Fables of the Reconstruction with a bonus disc of unreleased demos on July 13th. Rolling Stone has one of those tracks, "Driver 8," up for listen right now.
-- NME: Los Campesinos! drummer Ollie Campesinos! has quit the band, saying, "It's been an amazing experience and I wouldn't have missed it for the world." Guess that means he can drop the stupid last name now.
