Horse Feathers Cover Nirvana's "Drain You," to Be Released as a 7" Vinyl on November 2

Portland's Horse Feathers recently played a sweetened, softened cover of Nirvana's "Drain You" at a concert in their hometown -- the reaction was so positive, the band hit the studio to record the cover, and will release it on their label, Kill Rock Stars, as a 7" vinyl on November 2. "Drain You" will be the A-side, and a new original, "Bonnet of Briars," will be the B-side. In the meantime, check out the live footage of "Drain You" above.

Horse Feathers will play Bumbershoot's Starbucks Stage on Sunday, September 5 at 1:15pm. They'll be back in town on December 2 to play the Tractor Tavern.
