For 364 days a year, Ballard Avenue celebrates Austin. For the other, Ballard celebrates Ballard in Austin. And with 23 bands--from the Moondoggies to Zoe Muth--on three stages, you won't find a better snapshot of the Ballard/Seattle sound anywhere else. Unless, of course, you're at SW's REVERB Festival . . . in Ballard.
The Free Ballard party is free, starts at noon, and goes down at Trophy's (2008 S. Congress).
