WSAC/Artist Trust Fellowship Winners Announced

Just a quick post to acknowledge the recently announced winners of the Washington State Arts Commission/Artist Trust Fellowships. The artists below will each receive an unrestricted grant of $7,500 (an increase from previous year's $6,000). Congratulations to all.

Artist Michael Simi responded this way on hearing the good news: "I just wanted to say thanks so much for selecting me - I'm honored and at the moment sort of shocked, and extremely excited all at the same time. I'm taking it in. This is really awesome! The Fellowship will be a tremendous, tremendous help for future projects."
