Spokanite Tanya Lund, 18, won the Art Institutes' Passion for Fashion in New York with this gothish number. The honor earns her full tuition at the Seattle Art Institute next year, but toss in her bombshell youthfulness and she's sure to catch the eye of Tim Gunn, Heidi Klum and Co.

SNL pays tribute:

I heart Tim Gunn. I would probably watch his new show if he were just reading the phone book instead of providing quality fashion tips to those in need. "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style" pairs up Gunn and former model Veronica Webb with women in need of a boost in style and self-esteem. "Your style. Tim's rules." is the show's mantra.

In the premier episode, we meet Rebecca, a married, tomboy in her late 20s in need of Tim's rules and a little dose of confidence. And after Tim and Veronica's examination of Rebecca's closet (and underwear drawer), a trip to a "life stylist" (not sure about this part, but I'm hoping Tim wouldn't lead me astray), a shopping trip for 10 wardrobe basics and a fashion show in front of her friends and family, our little Rebecca is all grown up.

I'm setting my TiVo for Bravo next Thursday at 10 p.m. for sure. We'll see if the series can maintain momentum.
