Bun Love Part II, French Edition
Have you ever seen the gougeres at the Columbia City Bakery? I hadn't until this weekend. They are $1 each, as big as a fist, and have an eggy, doughy soft inside and a salty cheese-crisped outside. They made me want to go home and bake a ham, just so I could have leftovers to stuff inside. I add it to my list of their perfected goods, along with their croissants, bear claws, and Mexican sweet rolls.
