I don't know what you're doing on Saturday afternoon, but while I'm scrubbing out the seams in my hardwood floors, writing to my state representatives about upcoming bills, and cooking a seven-course meal, I'm going to have the radio on, tuned to Tom Douglas's Seattle Kitchen on KIRO 710 AM (from 4 to 7 p.m.).
