If you've always wanted to lay out platters and platters of gorgeously homemade sushi for your friends, as if it's easy, perhaps this Nuculinary class will make it possible. Learn to craft perfect sushi rice and create gorgeous sushi rolls- California and futomaki rolls-as well as miso soup, and sunomono (cucumber salad).
