Once home to Rowdy Cowgirl BBQ, RoRo BBQ & Grill has quite a selection of BBQ sandwiches and entrees. From Pulled Pork or Chicken Sandwich ($7.95) to the "Hot Links Ripper" ($6.95) claiming their link is fried so hot and fast that the skin rips right open! Each entree or sandwich includes a choice of two 5 oz sides. Sides include; Seattle Succotash (roasted corn salad with edamame, black beans, red pepper and purple onion tossed in a cilantro lime dressing), BBQ Baked Beans- bathed in RoRo's homemade BBQ sauce with chunks of pork or Mom's Mac Salad (egg, green onion, celery, sweet pickles and chunks of cheddar cheese) and several others.

I'm a big fan of pork ribs done right and RoRo's are pretty darn tasty. RoRo's pork ribs are prepared "St. Louis Style", which are trimmed, dry rubbed and smoked until the meat falls off the bone. Served with a drizzling of sauce on top (more a la carte if you want it). You can save the moist towelet for the ride home! My two side selections were Mom's Mac Salad and the BBQ Baked Beans which I washed down with a Sweet Lemon Iced Tea. If you're still hungry, RoRo's has a few homemade desserts. So, if your Memorial Day Weekend doesn't involve tending to a grill, call in an order to Roro's BBQ & Grill.
