No, not Bon Vivant

BIN1.JPG

Bin Vivant, the new restaurant inside Kirkland's Woodmark Hotel, is set to open on the shores of Lake Washington July 25.

Executive chef Lisa Nakamura, formerly of The French Laundry and Qube, is teaming up with former Canlis sommelier Dawn Smith to open a "vinocentric" restaurant concept in the former home of Waters (the new restaurant's original name was going to be Cru).

Not only will the restaurant provide guests with more than 80 glass pours, diners will be given a wine tablet PC to help them navigate through the extensive menu.

Bin vivant will offer lunch and dinner, with weekend brunches coming at a later date.
